Leading the Quad Cities

We are an non-profit organization that is dedicated to teaching African-American Youth about leadership. We do this by providing opportunities and experiences to our youth.

What are some of our programs?

Jr. Leaders

After School Program

Jr. Leaders is an after school program that will teach African-American youth about leadership. The youth will go through a series different activities which will be taught by mentors (high school students).

In Their Shoes

Fundraiser Events

"In Their Shoes" will be an event that L.E.A.D. will host. In this event we will have a poverty simulation, highlight food insecurities, and also show ways we can help give to less fortunate.
